Support covers access to your purchased files and use of their documented features in the applications identified on the product page. Include the product name, application/version and a short description of the issue. A fictional example or a screenshot with sensitive information removed is usually enough to begin troubleshooting.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, bank details, identity documents, customer lists or workbooks containing confidential business records. Custom development, integrations, bookkeeping, and tax or legal advice are not included. Support is by email; immediate responses and telephone support are not offered.
