Privacy notice

Who is responsible. Valtor LLC, operating as Brindlegrid Studio, is responsible for the customer information it uses for its products and support. Contact us at support@brindlegridstudio.com or at our registered company address: 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This is not a staffed support office or physical-return location.

Information we use. Gumroad makes order and contact information available to us, which can include your purchase email, name if supplied, product, transaction reference, purchase date, amount and purchase/refund status. If you email us, we receive your address, message, relevant email metadata and any attachments you send.

Purposes. We use this information to fulfil and support your purchase, answer questions, locate orders, handle refunds or disputes, and maintain records needed for applicable legal obligations. Processing for an order or support request is used as necessary to provide that service; required records are maintained to meet the relevant obligation. We do not sell customer lists. A purchase or support request is not permission for unsolicited promotional messages.

Providers and international processing. Gumroad provides the storefront, checkout, payment and digital delivery. Zoho Mail hosts our business support email. Their processing is described in Gumroad's privacy notice and Zoho's privacy notice. Gumroad also processes information for its own platform purposes, including its own cookies and analytics. Our business is operated from Brazil through a US company; these providers may process information in other countries under their respective arrangements. Contact us with questions about processing relevant to your data.

Support handling. Support is handled through our business email. We have not enabled a Brindlegrid workflow that sends customer support messages or order records to an external AI helpdesk. Materially different uses of customer information will be reviewed and reflected in this notice before being introduced, with any notice or choice required by law.

Retention. We keep information for as long as needed for the service and the purpose for which it was collected, unresolved support or dispute matters, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Requests to delete information are assessed against those needs and your rights. Provider backup and recovery copies are subject to their applicable processes.

Your rights. Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis. Email support@brindlegridstudio.com. We may need limited information to verify that a request relates to you; do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and provide an appropriate method. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason where permitted. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including Brazil's ANPD where applicable.

We will date updated notices and provide additional notice when required. An update does not reduce a refund promise already made for an existing purchase.

This website. Cloudflare Pages hosts this static website. These pages contain no advertising pixels, third-party analytics, sign-up forms or seller-added browser storage. Cloudflare may process connection and security information to deliver and protect the pages, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Checkout happens on Gumroad, whose own privacy notice and platform processing apply there.

Local support drafts. A read-only helper on a protected business computer can select fixed response templates for incoming support messages. It keeps minimal recipient details, message references and unsent drafts for review. It does not send replies, follow customer links or send message content to an external AI model. Responses and escalations remain subject to human review.
