If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@brindlegridstudio.com. You do not need to prove a defect to use this guarantee.

Include the email address used at checkout and your Gumroad receipt or order reference. If you cannot find the receipt, include the product name and approximate purchase date. Do not send payment-card or bank details.

Refunds are handled through Gumroad's refund process. Payment-provider processing times may vary. There is no physical item to return.

This guarantee is additional to your rights under applicable consumer law. Downloading the files does not by itself remove those rights. You may still contact us after 30 days about defects, delivery problems or another applicable legal right. Nothing in this policy requires you to waive those rights.
